I live consumed with my working ideas for art projects. I use friends as mentors and collaborators. But I'm looking expand- get input from new people who enjoy a wide range of art disciplines. I like experimental and avant-garde practices.
Today I'm sharing an idea I'm looking to turn into video or painting. This is from a dream.

I looked at him and he looked at me. His skin color was almost identical to mine. He was an Arab boy with a long face and plump lips. He looked about 20 years-old.
The two of us were wrapped in a blue comforter somewhere in this grassy forest. In the distance, we could see pine cover mountains. There was a breeze turning mild to cold.
This whole time he looked at me with a sincere stare. I couldn't remember his name. I think it was since I had just woken up.
I like when someone is willing to look at me in the eyes. After a while his stare was hard to keep up with. In order to deal with my growing fear of his stare I thought of turning him away.
So, I grabbed his boney shoulders forcing him to face the sky. His eyes took in the clouds swirling rapidly. He wasn't ready to see this unnatural movement. His body nearly seizured' from this vision. I felt guilty for doing this to him, so I held him.
I cared for him, he know that. We caressed and kissed endlessly. When we wore out and stopped our heads laid on each other's shoulders. I loved feeling his neck rub against mine.
And as we rested on each other a young girl in a plum-colored dress poured cola soda over our heads.

I think the form of the narrative I'm going for has something to do with this irregular syntax that I went for- it just felt right- this writing/story I'm starting to see as a video or painting.
Thoughts?
